Winds Desert Camp adheres to transparency and honesty in terms of making refunds. In case you would be entitled to a refund according to our cancellation policy, we will make your experience comfortable and stress-free.
Refunds will be made after the confirmation of the cancellation. Nevertheless, it can take 14 days of doing business to see the refund in your account. The time frame can be different according to your bank or payment provider.
Any refunds will be done in the same mode of payment that was made during the time of booking. In a case where the payment is received through the Credit/Debit card/UPI/net banking/any other platform, the reversal to the refund will be done to the same source.
There will be a refund only in case the cancellation is within the refundable periods as specified in our Cancellation Policy. There is also no refund on the cancellation within 10 days of the scheduled arrival date or with no show.
It is important to note that special services or any add on services like safari booking, cultural programs or any plans made later about the meals are not refundable unless mentioned in some special cases.
Deposits policy may vary on large group bookings or bookings based on tours or events. This information can be reached during the reservation.
