Winds desert camp is informed that itineraries can change because of unforeseen changes. We have described our cancellation policy to give clarity and transparency as follows:
In case the cancellation is done within a month or more before your intended arrival date, you will be refunded 100 percent of your booking. We value this timely communication and prompt guests to notify about any changes in the travel plans at the earliest available times.
By the time of cancellation is 10 to 30 days; 50 percent of the total amount would be recovered as cancellation fee. The rest 50 percent is going to be returned.
In case of a no-show or in case the cancellation takes place later than 10 days before the specified arrival date, the full amount of booking will be taken and no refund will be given.
It is essential to note that no cancellations should be done in any other way other than by email or phone call. Not informing us properly will be considered as the no-show and the cancellation policy will be used in this matter.
We strongly suggest taking travel insurance that would cover the contingencies in your travelling plans. The policy is meant to give accountability to both the guests and resort and in order to help us make the bookings and availability easier.
In the cases of group bookings, corporate events or case to booking during peak season, special cancellation terms can be applied, which will be sent at the time of confirmation.
