Village Tour (₹5,000/jeep)

A guided walk through a nearby desert village, structured around real daily life rather than a stop on a route. You'll see the traditional lungi-kurta and colourful safa worn by local men, and women in bright laaj chuda bangles and ghagra-choli, each carrying its own story — marriage, community, region. Our concierge times each visit around the community's own rhythm, not a fixed script, so what you see is an actual morning or afternoon here, not one staged for visitors passing through.

Camel Sunset Safari (Complimentary)

Your Jaisalmer camel safari starts at Winds Desert Camp's own Camel Point, covering 1.5 km across the dunes. The sunset safari offers stunning views over the Thar's remote stretches. Trained camels carry you through terrain few reach on foot, with our staff riding alongside, capturing photos throughout. The route takes in the dunes surrounding Jaisalmer, giving you a real sense of the desert's scale. Once the safari ends, you're escorted straight to the parking area, where your jeep safari begins next.

Dune Bashing Jeep Safari (₹3,000/jeep)

Enjoy a Jeep Safari through Jaisalmer's Sam Sand Dunes, Rajasthan, on a 4*4 Jeep driven by expert drivers who know this terrain by heart. Dune bashing takes you climbing up and gliding back down the sand, close enough to catch glimpses of daily life in small desert settlements along the way. The land opens wide here, stretching far past Jaisalmer in every direction. The ride is timed to catch sunset breaking over the dunes, thrill and view arriving together. Winds Desert Camp handles this ride; nothing is left for you to arrange yourself.

Cultural Rajasthani Night (Complimentary)

Once the day's activities wind down, Winds Desert Camp shifts gears. There's a bonfire, a Rajasthani baithak, and live folk music that carries through the night air. The dancers perform Kalbeliya — Jaisalmer's best-known indigenous dance style, all rhythm and movement, backed by drums and instruments played the old way. Nothing here is recorded. That's the point. Music and dance have carried this community's identity for generations, and for one evening, you're sitting inside it instead of watching from the edge.

Private Dinner on Dunes (₹5,000/person)

The night celebration at Winds Desert Camp takes place on a dune in the middle of Thar and celebrates a memorable evening. A totally private setup for you in the middle of the Thar Desert. High Tea on Dunes (₹3,000/person)

A private setup on a stretch of dunes chosen specifically for the occasion, timed for sunset and paired with your own safari to get there. Unlike our other add-ons, this one's built for groups, a minimum of 5 persons, since the whole point is company, not solitude. The setup itself shifts depending on your party size and the dune chosen that evening, so no two bookings look quite the same. Tea, snacks, and the desert doing what it does best at that hour: turning gold, then quiet, then dark.

Quad Biking (₹1,500/person)

Winds Desert Camp provides an opportunity to experience Quad Biking in Sam Sand Dunes Jaisalmer. Quad biking is an adventurous activity in the desert of Jaisalmer in Sam Sand Dunes that would fill your heart with joy and everlasting memories. Take this opportunity and experience a fun-filled ATV Ride in the golden dunes of the Thar Desert. Quad Biking gives you an opportunity to explore the desert on a four-tyre motorbike and quench your thirst for adventure in the desert. Enjoy this thrilling journey for around 20 minutes at the sand dunes.

Parasailing (₹2,000/person)

Scared of flying? Parasailing in Jaisalmer is oddly the place to get over it — landing on open desert sand cuts the risk most people worry about. Anyone above 5 years can take it up. From the top, the dunes stop looking like sand and start looking like folded gold silk. Trained instructors run every session, watching closely throughout. Jaisalmer's wide-open land and solid runways make it genuinely well-suited for this one of the Jaisalmer adventure activities. The best window is from September to February. Soar over the desert like nothing's holding you down.
